Bob Bowdon

Bob Bowdon runs Choice Media, a national education newsgroup that publishes a daily newswire, website (ChoiceMedia.TV), Twitter feed (@ChoiceMediaTV) and national event calendar about education reform and American schools. He frequently appears in the media to promote education reform and school choice, including Morning Joe, The O'Reilly Factor, The Kelly File and Stossel. Choice Media has begun a new initiative called Localized School Choice Consortia (LSCC), a project to aggregate the messaging of existing regional groups that support the principle of school choice, (inter-district, charter, religious, other private schools, online and homeschoolers), as a counterweight to the teachers union narrative. Bowdon is also a filmmaker. The Ticket (TheTicketFilm.com), about seven school choice innovations happening in seven states, won the Audience Choice award at the 2014 Anthem Film Festival and his previous film, The Cartel, won 12 film festival awards, including the FreedomFest Grand Prize at Anthem.
