The Center for Election Science is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to helping the world use smarter election systems. We are a leading resource on voting methods and work with government and private organizations wherever collective decisions are made. Our flagship reform is approval voting, a single-winner voting method that allows voters to choose as many candidates as they want. Approval voting works on current voting machines and lets voters choose their honest favorite no matter what. By allowing voters to vote without fearing the spoiler effect, we can transform our democracy to encourage real competition and better representation.
